Rescue Group Online Records Management

Rescue Assistant is billed monthly. The first month is provided as a FREE trial.

After the FREE trial period (one month), we charge by the number of fosters you handle per year. Below are the prices. There is no setup fee.

• 100 or less $20.00
• 100 - 300 $30.00
• 300 - 600 $40.00
• 600 - 900 $50.00
• 900 or more $60.00

How we determine fosters per year:

The number of fosters per year is reviewed every six months and adjusted as needed. The number of new intakes is averaged across the six month period and based on the projected yearly total changes are made to your billing plan.

Invoices are sent out on the 20th of every month and payment is due by the 5th of the next month.

We accept all forms of paymemt.
